Handling and managing appointments became a breeze
PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
There are many things to love about this software such as the ease of embedding this tool into my WordPress site, the payment integration, and the ability to sync it with my IOS calendar. I take advantage of the latter to keep track of the appointments even when I’m on the go. I also love the group scheduling feature.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be nice if the platform offers customization capabilities. I’d like to change the fonts and colors. The scheduler also adjusts a bit when it’s embedded into a website.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has made appointment setting straightforward and simple. I just send my schedule to the clients then let them pick a date and I enter it manually in the system. It’s also very easy to use that even the least tech-savvy clients are able to use the tool.

What are the best aspects of this product?
This software offers a lot of incredible things. There’s a text message reminder functionality which is really helpful in minimizing no shows. Not only does the system send reminders to the clients, but it also allows recipients to reply to the SMS. Furthermore, with this software, all members of my team only have to use a single calendar to schedule their appointments. Last but not least, their customer service is solutions-oriented, helpful, and fast.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Some clients complain about not being able to make an appointment using the system. It’s very inconvenient and if not taken care of may lead to a loss of business. Aside from that, there are instances when it takes me too long to modify or do something using the software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Despite some of the glitches, using this software still brings many perks. We can give our clients an option to book an appointment online. I can easily view the appointments any time I want wherever I am. We are able to send reminders to clients about their schedules so they won’t miss it. The customer support is also reliable.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I find it very useful in relaying my availability to my clients, I like that it notifies them with the upcoming meetings in case of last-minute cancellations.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Despite its excellent services, I find it a bit disappointing that the app has limited monthly bookings.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The app helped me with my client relations in terms of arranging schedules, as it keeps both parties updated and notified to avoid conflict.

I have been using 10to8 for the past…
I have been using 10to8 for the past seven months to handle bookings to meet with me. These bookings need to be reported to a third party who set up the 10t08 account. The system has worked very well from my point of view. An automatic calendar booking is sent to my nominated calendar and I receive automatic and timely reminders of the appointments. Great system. I highly recommend 10to8.
