What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that Acculynx is simplified, intuitive, and customizable. It is designed perfectly for construction pros. We can customize it easily to integrate with the company’s workflow. Not to mention, its customer support is fast in providing answers to my questions.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that I have to use another system to fully track lead sources and gather data. Although it performs those actions, they can’t be done easily. It is not scalable enough as our business grows and expands. It should be flexible for all business sizes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Acculynx, we can achieve a streamlined work process in leads, invoicing, and contracts. We can create and distribute material orders and labors easily for the production aspects.

The platform is designed perfectly for construction professionals. Creating messages and leaving notes are made even easier with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish the reminder functionality can be a bit easy-to-use and simple. We found it not so user-friendly.

With this solution, we can generate correct estimates of our projects and keep the connection with customers even stronger.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We can store large files on Acculynx, and I think that’s one big thing about it. We can even organize layouts for our products. It is easy to use and implement to my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I understand that system maintenance is important, but it happens when I am working. The maintenance causes the site to go down.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Acculynx, all our bid systems are working on the same page. Also, it is easy to use, which make implementation for new employees super easy.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This solution is easy to navigate, which is also ideal if you have new employees to be trained in the company. We use it to connect different areas of our business so they can be located in one place. This is a solution every small business should get.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it can tie in different areas of the business, it’s still lacking. We have to integrate other online services to complete the work. That would be better if Acculynx is integrated with more solutions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We can now communicate with our project managers, sales agents, and other staff with this software. And since we can see a clear picture of our accounts, we can maintain them and make necessary adjustments whenever we need to. Acculynx is very helpful for our company.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We like that we can take advantage of the state-of-the-art satellite imaging to view the building’s overall infrastructure. It provides us an accurate, clear, and concise representation of details we need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This software is only useful for particular departments of the company. So if you belong to an accounting department, you can’t take benefit from it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With Acculynx, getting a complete estimate and finishing the task is made even faster. We can spend most of our time on aspects that also need our attention.
