What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that the app is easy to use. It is simple and fast to create projects, tasks, and customers to track time against.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The system seems to miss out vacation time sometimes. I have received emails saying I did not put in enough time when I was on vacation. This problem could be also be because of wrong configuration I think.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We use actiTime for employee time tracking. We create a record for each customer and projects under that customer with a list of tasks to track time against.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I can point out a host of useful features: It is easy to log in time, good features for creating tasks and sub-tasks, effective CLoad deployment, and finally, the app is easy to distribute to team members.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The one feature I would like added is the ability to estimate time and generate budget estimates for projects. This means the software should provide both the estimated and actual time. I also wish the vendor adds a module for performance analysis.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
actiTime helps us control our time more closely. We also use it to properly plan our projects.

What do you like best?
actiTIME allows you to keep all the projects and tasks of the company organized in one place, it is a very useful tool currently and can be used in any company.
actiTIME has all the necessary functions that allow you to schedule and follow up the various daily tasks of the company or schedule the pending projects to be done.
Some of the main functions of actiTIME are:
- It allows you to have a follow-up time on a weekly time sheet.
- Follow up on pending tasks.
- Collect data using useful reporting tools.
- Obtain accurate information for customer billing.
- Analyze the cost of various work activities.
What do you dislike?
The free version has certain limited or unavailable functions, they should implement 3, 6 and 9 month plans, so they could offer better price plans.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend any company to use this tool because it is very useful, by using actiTIME you can better track most of the company's activities, thus achieving better performance and profitability for the company.

With actiTIME we have managed to do a much more organized work, because we can follow up on all the projects and daily tasks of the company.
The application available for smartphone is an excellent complement because it allows access to this platform from anywhere, so we can track all the activities that happen in the company while we travel, we are in a meeting or anywhere else.

What do you like best?
This application has different tools that seek to facilitate the daily work within the company, is a perfect way to manage the time spent on different tasks and projects, with this application you can take a more organized teamwork and know how efficient are the employees. It has many customization options, fighting in this tool one of the best when managing work time and progress of projects, allows to know the costs and changes, as well as offers the possibility of administering the permissions that each employee has in the company.
What do you dislike?
This tool works well and I don't have problems using it at the moment, until now it offers multiple benefits that I haven't seen in other applications. If one detail I would take into account is that you can consider improving the interface of this program.

Within the company this application became one of the most used in the area of projects, is a quick and organized way to know the expenses and different movements that are made in the company, is a good way to manage the activity of employees and know if they are fulfilling the daily tasks, this tool has many more options to improve much of the daily work, making it more comfortable and allowing to save a lot of time, because with the use of this avoids the need to do everything manually.

The online license for actiTIME is granted to the user monthly, so the cost of using the software is fixed. Adding users increases the monthly cost. You can save money by paying for a longer period of time, for example, 6 or 12 months.

actiTIME is designed to help you capture the time spent working on projects, tasks, and sub-tasks, starting with the project manager who creates the project, defines the scope of the project and creates the tasks needed to finish the project can also create teams of employees and can assign an employee to a team leader, then the project manager assigns tasks to teams and users, who can then track their time based on these tasks.

actiTIME gives me the ability to import data from CSV file to speed up the project configuration process.
