What are the best aspects of this product?
ActiveCollab is true to its name – it helps my team actively collaborate with ease. Communication within my company is made even easier with this amazing solution.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think the software is good, but it needs some improvements. Adding some tabs would be perfect for making some functions easily accessible. It can make communication among team members, especially to remote staff, a lot faster and easier.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ActiveCollab solves our problems when we need a reliable project management solution. It helps us stay on top of project tracking and management.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Intuitive interface and user friendly platform. My team members use this platform without an intense training.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
With updated version I’ve had some issues with assigning tasks to my clients. For e.g. I assign tasks to my employees and clients and lately I need to include them in subscriptions, and this is time wasting.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
ActiveCollab allows me to keep track of each task, and I can keep every task as part of other projects. Also, when the task is done it’s easy to “cross-off” and continue with another. I can keep track of the situations and other tasks from anywhere. Also, there is archive, so if I need something I can dig up old archived finished tasks.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like how you can turn your focus on other things once you get to put the details and reminders on the app, as it will notify you at your set time through email if there’s a task to be done at hand.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
My problem with this app is its notification tasks, given that it is dependent on the project assigned to you, it still sometimes fail to send you emails for tasks that cross over projects.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The accessibility of the software enables me to get updates from my team anytime anywhere, enabling us to perform tasks cohesively and well coordinated.

A really helpful tool for managing projects

What are the best aspects of this product?
What I really like about the software is how it made it easy for me as a project manager to track progress, all thanks to its Activity tab. Because the Activity tab lets you see what each individual team member has been doing and how the project has been progressing, it is easier to plan and forecast with regards to ongoing and future projects. As an overall system, it's also very user-friendly and I didn't find the learning curve to be steep.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
One area that I think this software could really improve upon is customization options, specifically when it comes to the views got individual team members.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This tool has helped us when it comes to producing reports and has also been a great help when it comes to responsibility and accountability since the My Work tab makes it easy to see which tasks are due.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I think the best thing about this software is how it makes tasks simpler to accomplish. It helps me do this by letting me take project information and group them, so I can look at just one location to find the data that I need. We've also been able to effectively cater to the needs of our clients because the tool is effective when it comes to managing projects. All of these have helped me to personally finish more tasks and allowed the company to better plan when it comes to projects.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
While it's an effective tool, its menu could be more user-friendly and direct. I don't always have the time to go through basic things and simple commands, and sometimes adjustments need to made immediately. If they improve this, it really would be better for me and my time management.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
For how much I paid for this software, I have been able to do a lot with it. it has really cleaned up how we organize our information, and any other concerns we have are efficiently resolved by their knowledgable technical support team.
