What are the best aspects of this product?

We didn't stumble upon Acumatica by accident. We discovered it after weeks of careful research and of weighing the pros and the cons of different ERP options. What we like about it is that it has the ability to scale with us. It doesn't bombard us with complex systems at the onset. Instead, it introduces its various functions in a way that doesn't overwhelm our team. If we had any questions regarding its use, we can simply consult the Help files and we'll be sure to find our answers there.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

For the most part, Acumatica's features have been extremely intuitive--all except for Report Designer. Learning about it had not been as easy as learning all the other functions.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our lives were a lot harder before Acumatica. Before it, our team had been in charge of consolidating all accounting books from our external partners as well as those from other departments. We had to do the job manually and it took a considerably long amount of time to complete this task. Now with Acumatica, we've been able to significantly decrease our workload, and have been able to avoid errors altogether.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Acumatica is an easy-to-launch and easy-to-use ERP system. Getting it up and running had been relatively quick--we were able to access the program along with its library of resources in just a matter of minutes. The Sales Demo data and peer support within the community are very accessible too. Our staff has found the Visual Studio particularly useful and easy to manipulate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The costing is a bit tricky. I run the Sales Order (SO) and Purchase Order (PO) and define them under the First In-First Out (FIFO) method. In times when I need these variables to run with the Actual Specific, Acumatica seems to have a hard time shifting gears from FIFO to SO-PO.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using our legacy system for so long that its workflow has become so ingrained into our office workflow. Despite this ease, we can only do so much in boosting its functionalities to keep up with the times. Acumatica, on the other hand, is this modern and shiny new platform. Although we've established our roots in our legacy software, we knew when it was time to shift to a more solid and modern technology. So far, we've been able to marry the framework of our legacy software into Acumatica's environment, and it's working great.

What are the best aspects of this product?

We've been able to fully customize our Acumatica experience, and my team and I love it! It's very intuitive and it can be configured to respond to just about every work scenario possible. We've been able to learn it quickly. Now we're up to stride and are particularly enjoying the ease with which its dashboards present all the information that we need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We've had a bit of difficulty in creating table joins in the processing and development of custom reports and inquiries. It's not an impossible feat, but the creation of the table joins has been quite tedious.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Acumatica has significantly increased how information is disseminated within our organization. It's so much easier now to provide and obtain information.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Acumatica is the best ERP solution for larger teams. There's no limit to the number of users you can have onboard. Our team, in fact, has been able to access the system all at the same time. We also like how accessible it is. With our data up on Cloud, it's so much easier to work and access information from anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It does require a bit more space in our server, but this isn't much of a problem with us. Others might not have the luxury to clear out space in their server resources though.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Shipping integration, ERP, CRM, and WMS tasks are now much easier to manage and complete.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's user-friendly. Support is above and beyond what I expected. It's one of the first ERPs I know that can be hosted directly to the cloud. That means, having remote access to your ERP wherever you are. It's secure and has grown notably fast after all these years.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the errors encountered can be challenging to comprehend. Support is pretty good. Headlines are available for response. Customers always come first with them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our company is constantly seeking a new product for deployment. We wanted to make a switch from Microsoft Dynamics higher ERPs. Acumatica is simple to utilize. UI is simple and friendly to get around in. The colors are uber amazing.
