Bad software. bad support, bad company
First of all I am only giving one stare because it's the least allowed. Why do I give this rating. I have tried Acronis true image and found it to be full of bugs. I have friends who warned me about how troublesome other Acronis products were, but I didn't listen because they were not using Acronis specifically. Customer service is utterly useless, some of them sound so foreign, understanding them is diabolical. Another issue was subscription charges. I regard this as a rip off payment system. It's like buying a washing machine and having to pay for it again every year. Changed to Macrium. A far superior Alternative without the bugs.... Not had to call customer service, not once. From now on when I'm looking for software I give the Acronis brand a clear miss

Not good anymore
From years ago, I had Acronis in my mind when some Image-based backup stuff came up to do. I thought it would provide a simple bootable application to do that.Well I was dissapointed.- Subscribtion based- Comes with Anti-Virus bloatware that I don't even want- Anti-Virus can't be turned off- Maybe I'm an idiot but I didn't undestand how to properly use the bootable Image backupSo I wen with Clonezilla which is free and comes without all the bloatware stuff.Really sad to see a once great tool go to waste, but that's just how it is sometimes I guess.

Acronis support is lacking or non…
Acronis support is lacking or non existent. Out of 4 months I've been with them I have had limited to NO response for help from the company. The product has been failing for 3 months and they fix it for a SHORT period of time then it goes back to not working again. Due to my wasted time babysitting the product I asked for a refund. Crickets is the response. Nothing. It is sad a LARGE company like this takes your money and doesn't care after that. Be aware, the support you will receive is almost absent. We have been in the IT industry for OVER 26 years and have few companies treat us like this.NetCom IT Services, Inc.Tip for consumers:Best of luck, support is terrible and if you have any problems with them, they REFUSE to refund anything. It's a situation where they have NO issue taking your money, but will not support you before or after purchase. I should have took a clue at the start when it took me 2 weeks to get a response from the company BEFORE I purchased.

Tried to cancel service
Tried to cancel service; did so, but was charged by an automatic bill to my credit card. Because of a lag in my credit card billing, I did not realize I'd been charged for 30 days, after which they give no refunds. Since they would not refund $79.99, I asked for the service to be restored, but since I'd cancelled service, they refused.Wish I'd read reviews. I do not recommend this company or its products.

NEVER USE AGAIN - I was a loyal customer for 12+ years
I was a loyal customer for 12+ years. No more. I have left and will NEVER use again.I paid for the 'product' in 2020 December. I only ever use the bootable ISO to backup.I logged on to my account. My download was not there. I asked for tech support. They told me that I had signed up for a 1 year subscription ONLY. I have been purchasing Acronis every 2-3 years for the last 12+ years. If I was told abundantly clearly that I was paying ONLY for 1 years service, I would NEVER EVER EVER have paid and signed up.Support didn't care. They were very neglectful and just showed no care or sympathy.My money will be spent elsewhere now.
