What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how easy it is to enroll new devices! It helps in auto-configuring new devices.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They don't have phone support for real-time troubleshooting. It would also be better if they would allow users to easily see the devices and their issues in the report.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Addigy helps us a lot with our work -- from DEP to reporting. Remote management of devices was also made possible!

Addigy offers tons of features that make it easier for us to manage multiple Apple devices. It's also great that they have a really helpful support team!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The user interface is a bit slow and confusing to use sometimes.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Setting up is way easier with Addigy because of the Apple Business Manager! It allows automatic enrollment of devices which makes our deployment and troubleshooting faster.

I love the interface because it's super user-friendly! Their support team is also highly commendable because they are always ready to help and are working hard to continuously improve the software!

I wish they would add a bulk/mass editing function in future releases.

This is helpful to us and our clients we are now able to provide a secured mobile device management system for them. We can also now do patch management!
