This software is a great search engine for websites, determined as, functional in the greater availability of its functionalities, I like it, primarily, since it is hosted and is fully customizable at the level of the business term, because it provides an investigation of any cyber page that you need, I like it because it contains a great vision in its environment, referring to the subject, offering results in an effective and safe way, including that it has a very dedicated assistance manager to its users, providing solutions to all problems presented.

It should be noted that in terms of operation in relation to the agility and speed of the software it is a severe problem, since its searches are somewhat slow, delaying the work in quantities, that is, its responses to compromised research are late and there is no solution according to this case, and not because of its drawbacks, if not because of the design of this business-level web information manager, this can be very disastrous since sometimes we cannot briefly find our objective.

Upside is the general public can quickly find search results on website information and linked documents. AddSearch's website provides useful tools and especially APIs to work against their search solutions. If there are issues, the customer service is fast to respond and work with developers, even the ones who make simple syntax mistakes!

We have not found a dislike at this time. In-fact, we find more to like as we use the product over time and discover different ways to implement the features into our custom in-house applications.

I knew there were several site search options available online for me to evaluate. Looking at the features / cost of AddSearch I installed a trial version to my site to test its capabilities. I was immediately impressed with it's lightening fast (as you type) results. Even more impressive was the company's dedication to making sure the product met my exact needs. Even while still on the trial version I utilized AddSearch's support team to tweak and customize both the results and look and feel of the search box across my site, as well as some more complex requirements with conditional and filtered searches. The AddSearch team was extremely responsive and supportive, so much so I didn't feel the need to evaluate any more solutions and signed up to a paid plan..

Their online documentation was very detailed but feel that they would benefit from more real world examples matched with corresponding code segments.

AddSearch works very well with WordPress, and we have installed it on several client sites where search was a priority. The search is fast, "thinks ahead" by displaying results even before the search terms are completely entered, and displays an attractive thumbnail graphic with each search results. Search goes against a good number of document types, including PDFs, and that's important for many of our B2B business clients. This is a great replacement, and improves upon, the old Google Enterprise search which was removed from the market.

Price for most of our clients is around $1,000 a year. That's high but not unreasonable for those who really need it.
