What are the best aspects of this product?
An Active Directory (AD) management and reporting solution that allows IT administrators and technicians to manage AD objects easily and generate instant reports at the click of a button. Its just an amazing Software !!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing as such !

"Easy-to-use access to numerous Active Directory management features"
What do you like best?
The system comes with several pre-built reports and included features that make it easy to navigate between different aspects of user management in Active Directory. For example, I often have to audit login activity and expired accounts. ADManager Plus makes it easy to find this information in just a few clicks, and without it, I'd have to create scripts to accomplish the same thing.
What do you dislike?
Some AD attributes, such as group membership, are compacted into small fields which require multiple clicks to manage. It would also be nice if AD change auditing was built into this product instead of having to pay for a separate product.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Our service desk uses the product for user management in AD and typically likes it better than ADU&C. We're also rolling out some automations within the product to automatically disable and deprovision aspects of user accounts after a certain period of inactivity (i.e. disabling accounts after 90 days without login).

"Great tool for managing Active Directory and streamlining the new user process."
What do you like best?
ADManager is a great tool that allows a service desk team to create new users via templates with ease and speed. It has full reporting capabilities that enable an IT Manager to view changes and make bulk updates to active directory with a mouse click.
What do you dislike?
I can't say there is anything I dislike about the product. Have used it in 2 companies and it works well. I would highly recommend it.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Staff creating new users in AD do not follow the process and do not always enter the same names or addresses. Using templates helps to us the same pattern with every new user.

"Great tool for a IT Department"
What do you like best?
Ad ManageEngine Plus is a great tool to manage your AD. Its very easy and useful. I think the best is autorization process to manage the users AD.
What do you dislike?
At this moment I do not have something that I do not like about this tool
