What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how this tool works. It's an awesome product for getting a visual on the roadmap. You get to comprehend the pieces involved in accomplishing roadmap goals and how ideas/releases/initiatives are all related to each other. Its Aha! Score is of great value and assists teams in planning out potential realeases in an easy manner.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

At the moment, they lack native mobile support. It really doesn't have to acquire a lot of functionality. But it should be expected to have a lot of things for mobile devices. These should include releases, reports, and ideas.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm in the middle of working for my client to have Aha! integrated to JIRA. It's meant to have the processses of their product department standardized. Aha! is also used in removing Excel files and minimizing/eradicate cross-functioning meetings. It seems this will really work in our favor.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best part about this app is that you can share the roadmap view with others. You can select the product features that you want to be included or excluded in this product.
Moreover the auto-push feature to JIRA is very helpful.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

New users may find the app to be complex and the beginning and will need to use it frequently to easily navigate it. It's organization is confusing with its different sections and sub-sections.
I wish that you could link a product feature to multiple initiatives. Currently you can only assign it to a single initiative.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use Aha for project management because it makes it easy to improve our product roadmap automatically unlike other manual apps that we have used before.

PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The outstanding feature of this app is that we can easily track features and releases that are against our top-level corporate objectives. Moreover, it makes it easy to communicate our plans to both internal and external audiences keeping in mind our objectives and timelines. Its integration with Jira reduces manual work needed to keep things updated and communicate the plan.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like the fact that the per-seat cost is pretty high, so we have to reduce the number of people using Aha than we would like. The read-only role makes people to go to Jira instead.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Aha has made our internal and external communication of our roadmap very flexible and less time consuming.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Aha! took our product management functionality of our organization to the present. We've been using it for months now. I can now leave the days of spreadsheets, PowerPoints, and scribbling on the legal pad. Currently we're on an SaaS solution with my company's SSO integration.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Reports can be customized. It can really tell the story of your releases in order. But that would entail knowing stuff about the pivot table formatting. It's something that hasn't yet been fully adopted to the team that I'm with.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Transparency within the organization. This can range from the intake of a product to product roadmaps. It's also a common language for status of feature development. Essentially, it's all-in-one hub for tracking details involved in the release planning stage.
