What are the best aspects of this product?

Keyword explorer, site audit, site explorer, rank tracker, and content explorer are the top features of Ahrefs that I like most.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Ahrefs has problems with fetching real-time data, which mislead me while creating an SEO/SMM campaign.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I want to see a real-time tracker in Ahrefs dashboard.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Ahrefs helps me to find low competition keywords that I can easily rank on search results. The site audit feature helps me to maintain the SEO health and performance of my site.

I have never used a software as a service platform with so many errors and down time. I have the feeling that the customer is the problem, when Im chatting with the customer "service". And you have to start explaining the same case or issue over and over again.
