Good service. Customer Support could be better

Good service, multiple options to configure your IVR.I've been having some troubles to resolve a couple of issues regarding my account. There are a lot of teams involved from the Aircall side and it's not simple to communicate with them.Sometimes the SLA is not the best. We wait on average some hours to get first answer and days to get an issue fix.

Cant get away! Useless communication

Was a customer for a year, wanted to change away into a different system due to price and a change in business needs. When we tried to port the number away Aircall have not released the number, they continue to try and charge. Then when i try and challenge it they start to say i did not give them notice. The account is now for 2 weeks between support and the account manager with no results. Atrocious

The service has been very poor and very difficult to cancel an account

The service has been very poor. Found it very difficult to use our account (due to verification reasons) and had to wait 2-3 days for a response to use the account even though payment had been made. After 2 months using aircall, it was not what we needed and struggled to receive any reply to cancel the account. You have to email in to cancel and no one replies. Terrible experience.
