"Fantastic product with an even better CSM support"

What do you like best?

Their tracking of companies is top notch, but what is even better is the service provide during our POC process via Oleksii and Aymeric. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly.

What do you dislike?

The data contacts from their partner Cognism are rather poor, with a bounce rate of 50% and more. However they are changing providers so I am looking forward to seeing the results change.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you are looking for an easy way to track companies, Albacross is the way to go. Especially thanks to their CSM team.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We wanted to make prospecting more focused on companies that are company to our website, and streamline the process. Using Albacross suggested segments, we were able to do that smoothly.

What do you like best?

Albacross helps you answer one of the most difficult questions: Who visits my B2B-site? This information is obviously very valuable to any sales and marketing department. I find that Albacross is easy to use, and makes it easy to filter companies and make segments to watch. I also like the way you can make targeted campaigns to the companies you want to be relevant for, instead of everyone else.

What do you dislike?

Not much to put here. Albacross is not a cheap tool by any means. But if both your sales and marketing uses it, I think the investment is worth it.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have found that we are able to target most of our primary target groups with our sales and marketing efforts. Albacross makes it very clear that we attract the right audience. We can also see that we need to do more to attract other segments, and Albacross makes it easier to make these data driven decisions.

What do you like best?

First of all, Albacross are great to work with. Their team takes the time to understand our challenges, get our feedback, and work with us to create successful campaigns and make the most of their tool. It feels like a collaborative partnership which is what we all hope for from a technology company, but too rarely get in practice!

The software itself is useful for understanding which companies have been on the website, but we have been particularly interested in the ability to target specific companies with account based display ads.

What do you dislike?

No major downsides - when any issues have come up along the way, the team is always open to feedback and constantly working to improve their capabilities. They are also constantly adding new functionality to the product and working with us to make it successful and get feedback, which I appreciate.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to share insights with our sales and SDR teams about which of their accounts have been on the website, as well as discover from time to time new accounts that we might reach out to based on their interest. We have been able to set up workflows that notify the respective team members fairly quickly so they stay on top of things. We have also been able to take an ABM approach to display advertising.

What do you like best?

My favourite thing about Albacross is the personal approach they take to customer experience. We have an account rep, Oleksii, who could not do enough for us. He's incredibly dedicated to our account and ensuring that we get as much value and support as possible from the tool. He is super responsive and honestly I couldn't rate him high enough.

Aside from that, the tool is good. It's intuitive to use and understand. I did a data comparison when initially evaluating vendors, comparing Albacross with Lead Forensics, and Albacross came out top in terms of the results it was able to bring up. It was also priced more reasonably than Lead Forensics, so it was a no-brainer really.

Albacross also has, included in the price, a campaign feature which enables you to be able to run IP-targeted display ads. They offer this as a professional service currently and they are able to help you set up new campaigns at record speed, regularly checking in with you to review the campaign performance.

What do you dislike?

There are issues sometimes with how companies are named in Albacross, which means that some accounts are not recognisable at first glance and you have to drill down into the data to figure out who they are. But with the Albacross integration with Hubspot, it makes that easy to do. And Albacross are constantly improving and introducing new functionalities to make it easier for their customers to perform certain activities and they are very open to receiving feedback to improve customer satisfaction.

Understanding who is on our website and what they are looking at, as well as being able to deliver targeted messaging to key accounts.
