"Solid Referral Program"
What do you like best?
The set up was quite easy, they have been helpful and it is an affordable referral program.
What do you dislike?
If you take the time to build your own program there is likely some additional data to leverage internally, but for us that wasn't likely to be completed in a timely manner or in a way that would have allowed us to leverage the data.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We've launched our referral program. Our product and category doesn't lend itself to immediate purchases, but in the long run referrals are a valuable asset.

Marketing, but with the help of annex we now have better knowledge if our customers to help us.

What do you like best?
Annex Cloud offered us a much more robust way of educating users about our products though Ratings & Reviews. We had previously used Magento's default functionality and found it limiting. With Annex Cloud, we were able to add user submitted photos to our reviews and ask customers if they would recommend the product to someone else, which has been impactful with building social proof on our website and improving conversion.
What do you dislike?
In the beginning of our relationship there were integration related challenges that needed to be worked through, specifically for Visual Commerce to function properly
