Don’t sign up!
I signed up to for service but unfortunately it didn’t suit my business. I cancelled my subscription and they still have been charging me for the subscription. I have sent several emails to accounts and info email address provided but no answer, also I have called but the numbers have no answer. Horrendous customer service, no loyalty to people signing up for the service and all in all come across as a shady company. DO NOT SIGN UP WITH APIDROP!!

Nonexistent support
No idea how good their system is since I can't get it working and their support team hasn't responded for over 2w. Their live chat just says they'll be active "tomorrow" every day. Infuriating

I use ApiDrop with my Shopify store and it's incredibly fast and precise. The only (bad) thing is about the fact that could be too easy for those who like to go deep in the configuration file but it does the job and I am selling on regular basis since a year now.

Great dropshipping experience
I’ve moved from Shopmaster to ApiDrop when they turned off their service and I can’t be more happy.I am using Banggood supplier and the sync is smooth and regular.I just had to scale up my server because it was too small for a huge catalog like the one I have.
