What are the best aspects of this product?

AppZen is a unique software that we utilize to keep track of our expenditures and simultaneously manage our finances. Our business started expanding, so it means that we have new customers coming in every day, making it more difficult for us to audit our receipts, invoices, and other forms of expenses. We knew that we needed help, so we decided to acquire Appzen to help us analyze everything going on within the company. It helps us eliminate the risks of fraud, which can cost us our entire business if ever someone from our team gets caught with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can say that I am happy with the way Appzen is working and how reliable it is in finding any faults or gaps within our audit process. Most of the time, the app works seamlessly on my computer or my cellphone, which I should be thankful for because I can do my job more effectively. Although there is one thing that I have observed with the product, it freezes whenever I attempt to use multiple features simultaneously. I think that they should look into these scenarios so that users could multitask and be more productive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I want to share with you that our business went through many positive changes for the past years. These changes resulted in a steady increase in sales figures, more incoming clients, an increase in inventory, and more opportunities to hire new people to join us. I am happy with all these things, but it is also overwhelming on my end. I have to keep in mind that the more risks and losses may incur down the line as the business grows. That is why deciding to use Appzen gave me peace of mind that everything will turn out okay. It works well in analyzing all of our incoming and outgoing transactions by validating receipts, checking each invoice's content, and auditing the payroll of our employees. It does a great job of ensuring that everything is well accounted for to prevent us from losing thousands of dollars in income.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps me sort out different types of transactions according to their importance and financial risks to the company. I don’t have any issues regarding approving the usual routine expenses that fall within a reasonable amount. But there are instances where receipts and transactions become questionable, so we have to spend more time reviewing them to ensure that nothing is going on behind our backs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I need to get regular reminders regarding reports that need my immediate attention or approval. The problem is that Appzen does not have this feature, so I need to make it a habit to check the app first thing in the morning to work on these things ASAP. Second would be the conversion of currency settings from USD to other options. There are variances in the numerical values showing on the reports, which is sometimes above 10K, which is the usual limit of Appzen. We usually get alerts for these types of reports, which should not be the case.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We spend less time taking good care of our financial reports and reimbursements analysis. Ever since we started using Appzen, our noncompliance cases have significantly decreased, which benefited the company in so many ways.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The submission of weekly expenses is made easy and convenient through Appzen. You can use your mobile phone to take pictures of all the ORs that you were able to compile. Send them to your manager for further assessment, approval, then reimbursement.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to look into some features that are not working. Some tasks take longer than the usual to complete because it has to be done manually.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I am always on the go and I seldom spend time in the office. So using a fancy app like Appzen makes things less complicated especially when it comes to reimbursing my expenses.
