What are the best aspects of this product?

This is one of the best cloud-backup software. All you need to do is to install the interface so you can create an interaction with your backup files. The system sends the whole file, this way it saves bandwidth. The software is easy to use, the interface is simple and intuitive. I believe that you would find this software useful and simple.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some event log errors are cryptic. It would be great if there is an option to restore various extensions when restoring file types. Also, it would be great if there was more community engagement. I cannot find other resources for support besides its helpdesk team.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this software we are able to store important and confidential files to our customers. It saves lot of space and costs because of the way it stores the files. There is no difference in bandwidth when restoring items.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I’m always amazed of what this program offers. There are great capabilities to backup everything you need from Enterprise servers to Desktops or mobile devices. It offers limitless functionalities. They have improve the functionality code. I like that Asigra develops its own functionalities instead of buying them. I like its recover features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make more robust the historical reporting tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We manage to offer protection to our customers so they don’t have to worry about data loss. When there are disasters they know that their data is complete and secure, they can always access it.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is stable and robust. There are few programs that offer security we need. Asigra offers great tools for DR tests, backing up and restoring data. Its support team is great and helpful. Whenever we have some issues they provide us with great support to solve the problem. This team has great features add forum where you can find lot of requested items.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The reporting on storage trend growth is not user-friendly. Also, the install process and setting up the backup can be overwhelmed for newbies, but with great training they could easily start using the program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We constantly upgrade our system and we need a tool that would keep all our customers data. Asigra does the job. We currently upgrade hardware and we want to implement major version, and the process goes well and satisfying.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Asigra offers great set of features. I like that this software doesn’t require downloading of software agent on the client’s device. There is an ability to backup data locally or to transfer the information off-site to predefined data center. Other backup solutions offer one or the other but never both. There is no device that Asigra can’t backup. All you have to do is to use the platform and management software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

You may face language issues if you do not speak English, German or Chinese. This tool has limited product localization.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This tool helps us to solve data backup and recovery issues. We are able to run recovery tests, to reduce data recovery times. This is great product for companies that need regular audits or need fully DR/BCP ready.

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many other tools that offer one specific item like Windows environment or VMWare environments. Thankfully, Aigra offers real end-to-end solution. It support multiple operating systems and app from android and iOS, laptop, desktops and Oracle environments.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When new users start using this software it may look a bit difficult or complex, but once you learn how this system works, everything becomes easy.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Asigra offers real peace of mind when it comes to backups and security. It offers unique AES256 encryption. It allows us to offer backup software to our clients thanks to its de-duplication and compression.
