I love the positive impact our customers get with a cross-channel, continuous experience.

What do you dislike?

I haven't found anything that I don't like about the product at this time. The ease of use through a user friendly UI is great!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I cannot stress enough how easy this application is to use. Brand new out of the box I was able to understand the product. Reporting is very intuitive and easy to understand as well.

What do you like best?

The application is very user-friendly and intuitive. It does take time to learn the ins and outs but it is overall easy to use. I would definitely recommend this product.

What do you dislike?

I like all of the options that are available within the tool. It makes it easy to adapt to your business needs and achieve a solution.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Make sure that before implementation that you gather all needs and requirements. Do not leave any wild ideas out of the question.
