What are the best aspects of this product?

It can manage a huge collection of assets, offers everything we need to manage digital files upgraded regularly and offers new functionalities every now and then. The customer support staffs are attentive to the business needs and always respond to my queries and concerns quickly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Training is required. To be able to learn how the platform works, you need to spend time and effort. Not really a big deal considering how powerful and feature-rich the platform is. Also, the configuration is quite complex. The knowledge base, although it has become better than before, still is not enough. I still need to reach out to their customer support for answers to particular questions. Other than that, the app works great.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don’t have to assist our employees when finding and acquiring photos they need. Everyone is given access to certain photos and an ability to download them by themselves. Our clients or stakeholders are also given access to particular photos like their photographs from their meetings with the company. It’s more convenient and saves me a lot of time.

What are the best aspects of this product?

A great solution that let us produce and store images in a single database with ease. Now, the entire organization can easily find photos they can use on their project. We have been using this for about 6 years and are still adding new images to the system. Storage has never been a problem.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We are using AssetBank to store and manage thousands of images. In a year, we add about 40,000 photos in the system. So managing everything is really challenging. But this problem has already been solved. We just hired a full-time admin takes care of everything.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With thousands of images, we produce each year, storing and managing those photos has become our organization’s problem way back seven years ago. So we decided to look for a solution where we can store and manage all the images we produce. And then we found AssetBank. Everything has been great except for one thing – we rely on any available employees to look for and add information to the photos and it’s been inefficient. So we just decided to hire someone who will overlook everything and manage the images. Now, we are able to respond to every image request quickly.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is beautiful, offers standard and advance DAM features, affordable, and very easy to use. We are able to find our way through it in no time. The system can also be fully customized with so much ease. The customization process is not very technical nor overwhelming. It’s the perfect product if you are looking for effective DAM software that works within your budget.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Customizing the system was not as easy as we expect. I feel like we spent forever figuring out what to do to make the system work the way we want and make sure it reflects our brand. But I think it’s just because I’m really impatient and want to finish things as fast as possible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are a small in-house team in the photography business and we usually produce more than 200 shoots annually. Collecting, selecting, and presenting the right assets for several different print and web projects have been quite time-consuming, which also compromise our productivity. We spend most of the time curating assets. AssetBank has eliminated the need to spend a significant amount of time curating assets. It allowed us to upload and tag images quickly and even download photos and crop them to preset sizes.
