What are the best aspects of this product?

It's very easy to use and their support is fantastic! They also add new features regularly without increasing the price.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a few things like the timeout feature. I asked if it could be extended as I'm logged in all day and time out all the time requiring me to log back in often. Not terrible and I understand why but it would be something I would love to have some control over.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The help desk feature is great and we use Asset Panda more now than ever for that reason but I would like to see that grow and evolve over time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now tracking our assets like we never have before. We also have a IT Help Desk which this software added at no extra cost after we signed up to us it for asset tracking! Talk about a nice bonus!

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ability tailer the data to your own liking.
It has a pretty good range of flexibility.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Only 10 categories available limiting how flexible the customizable software can be.
Not able to do conditional actions.
Not able to mass change data that was entered incorrectly. Like If an action is performed on 100 assets by accident. The only way to resolve it is to go one by one deleting the action.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Conditional actions
Mass data manipulation since it is just a database.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It kept track of assets, but it seems an excel sheet would do a better job.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Ease of keeping track of inventory, location and to write the policy rules are easy! I love this tracking system!! Love the reports and the mobile app!You can customize it to the way you need it to work!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it gets slow or glitches. Making a rule sometimes is difficult but support is great any time you call or chat them!

I don't like when you use reallocate or bulk movement it doesn't follow through with my actions I made.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

after school hours for parents to monitor.


Not being logged out of Panda would be nice.


Not so many steps to be put in policies to make a rule.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The one-on-one set up and customization. The customer service and tech support is fast and very helpful. I also like that there is a mobile app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile app - it's not very intuitive or user friendly. I feel that I have to show employees how to do things on the app multiple times. It doesn't flow as I think it should.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A better mobile app.

Keeping track of our equipment.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to learn and teach others how to use. I love the "Reports" function. You can customize reports in countless ways. I create some for accounting and some for production to show what is available and what is checked out on current projects.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I honestly have not had any issues or desired any improvements.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I can't think of anything. I would like to be offered a slight discount each year as I renew, but who doesn't want to save money.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had gear in 4 or 5 different locations and the gear moves around constantly. This allowed me and 1 other main user to easily modify location and project assigned to each piece of gear.
