"Best tool to monitor perfomance supported by exceptional customer service"
What do you like best?
We've been looking for a tool like this for a while and this is the only one that fits our needs. We compared this tool against Datadog, Scout and New Relic. We can definitely say that Atatus stands out!
Atatus is easy to install, the interface is very intuitive and their support is superb. I ran into a few issues (user error, no bugs) and their support immediately replied with recommendations.
What do you dislike?
The pricing model is a bit confusing (host-based). When you are running an autoscaled service you can't really calculate how much it will cost beforehand. I think that it would be nice if it would usage-based (number of requests).
It's a bit pricy for a small company, but still 100% worth it.

For analyzing bottlenecks and slow queries.

Convenient interface, easy installation, comprehensive documentation, quick and careful support

Some things on the interface are a little unusual for me, but support always helps with my questions, thanks!

What do you like best?
Atatus is powerful, flexible, scalable, and has assisted countless times to identify issues in record time. With breadcrumbs, user identification, insight into XHR requests to name a few it is the monitoring tool we choose for our SPAs
What do you dislike?
Large systems can become expensive to run but with the great Customer Service from Joe and the team at Atatus they are always willing to assist and find a plan that works for you

Live monitoring of our SPA Front-ends to enable us to be reactive on UI and Javascript errors with a clear path as to how and why the error occurred

"Great product for tracking bottleneck issues on Production"
What do you like best?
We were struggling with site speed on the Production side and it wasn't clear what was causing it.
With Atatus we were able to pinpoint exactly what wrong, and after a fix, we saw the speed improvements right away on the performance charts.
And the installation was so easy that my first thought was: "And that's it? It can't be that easy!"
I definitely recommend trying it. They give you 2 weeks free trial (no card), that's enough to love it.
What do you dislike?
I wish there was a per-request billing, so the small businesses (like ours) can pay relatively to visitors amount (ignoring crawlers and bots, of course).
And having some bundle discount when purchasing 2 or more products together would be nice.
Despite that -- Atatus is a serious product and it worth every dollar they are asking for its usage!

We used Atatus for: solving site speed issues, checking the slowest pages, etc.
And the bug report via email also was very useful.
