What do you like best?
Similar (or better) offerings to other event app companies at a fraction of the cost.
What do you dislike?
I dislike that it took us too many years to find Attendify, and I'm annoyed that we spent so much money on previous app companies.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
For its features, you cannot beat Attendify for service, quality, and price. It is best-in-class for small-staff associations like us.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has solved our problem of entering event data in more than one place. We have our own event website, and with Attendify we can pipe in the content from the app on to our web pages.

What do you like best?
The team members at Attendify, regardless of who I spoke to, were always friendly but most importantly detailed and speedy in their responses. They always made sure my issues were resolved and with urgency! They would get back to me within a day, were always available for a call on short notice, and provided detail with screenshots when we couldn't connect due to busy schedules!
Apart from the service, the functions are just so easy to use. It is very intuitive to put together and the templates cover all of our needs in an app and for registration.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the templates provided can be limiting in the amount of detail that can be shared.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get an idea of all the different packages as you can easily build a package just right for your needs.
Also, ask about the different updates and when they will be available because several functions and updates became available during our deliberations and made this service option just the right pick.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Largely efficiency in getting setup and providing an aesthetic that is improved from our previous service.

"Great conference app!"
What do you like best?
We've used Attendify for our 1,000 person conference for the past 2 years. The set-up and dashboard are very user friendly. You're able to schedule posts and edit on the fly. They even copied over the event for year 2, so I didn't have to start from scratch.
What do you dislike?
My only complaint is that you cannot ask multiple choice questions. We did not realize it forced you to choose 1 until after the conference when we got complaints.

We are able to use the app to address client experience issues immediately. We also gamified the 2-day conference and were able to award prizes based on use.

Set up was a breeze! So versatile! Post debrief was helpful and things learned will be used for our next event! Just love it and so did our attendees.

"Intuitive and slick platform"
What do you like best?
The platform really made the event look professional. It offers a huge amount of customisation but also guides you to ensure you spend your time adding data rather than wrestling with the system. As far as our users were concerned, this was wholly our app. Even though we had some complex needs, we found that with a bit of exploration we could make them all work. A fantastic platform I have no reservations about recommending.
What do you dislike?
Very little. There are a couple of minor issues (e.g. having to treat attendees and speakers as separate entities, which means a bit of duplication for user-led session) but these are only a bit awkward setting up-- it has no impact on users. There is no native question moderation facility, but integration with sli.do is totally painless.
