What do you like best?

The Auctria platform was very reasonably priced and easy to work with. The support team at Auctria was incredibly responsive.

What do you dislike?

Some of the custom functions were a bit difficult to implement. This was offset, however, by the excellent support from the Auctria team.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

We were very pleased with our online auction through Auctria. Our goals from a fundraising perspective were modest going in. We more than tripled the total dollars raised beyond what we thought was possible.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Given the current reality with Covid-19, we needed to find an alternative to our annual fundraising event. We decided to attempt a video conference with an online auction. It was something new to us and we had no idea what to expect.

What do you like best?

User friendly - new volunteers pick it up quickly and easily.

Lots of reports and analysis available to me.

The dashboard is organized so well and I love that it is clickable.

This year I created an auction website through Auctria and it was simple but looked great and worked perfectly. I have never made a website so it was amazing to have something so ready made. I was able to customize it for our own look and feel and tinker with settings so that the auction ran just the way we wanted. Our bidders loved it, too.

Everything I need is there - custom bid sheets, mass emails, photo upload...and for a very reasonable price.

What do you dislike?

Some of the advanced features are a little tricky to figure out but the customer service is second to none so I just ask for help.

Since we ran our first auction with Auctria several years ago, I have never even looked at competing software.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Auctria has helped us stay organized. Keeping track of items, donors and bidders is a big job and they make it very easy.

This year we had to switch to online and Auctria made that SO easy. It could have been a huge struggle but I knew, having used Auctria for years, that it was just a few clicks away.

What do you like best?

I am a first time user and it made for a great event, plenty of moving parts in these events and this really helped

What do you dislike?

Just my own learning curve. You have good videos although I like better the videos that teach and don't interact with the crowd, not the live learning videos. Harder to find the straightforward videos without all of the unnecessary part.

What do you like best?

I liked the easy to use interface and the ability to 'undo' problems that I created. Additionally, I got great product support. The day after our auction (a Sunday!) I submitted a request via the help. I got a response within an hour that had debugged my issue and shown me how to solve the problem.

What do you dislike?

One thing that I haven't figured out is how to create a joint statement to email when more than one person is checking out at the same time. You can get a overview of the combined checkout, but no seemingly a statement. To make this clear: I am being REALLY picky to say there is some thing I dislike. This is a great auction solution!

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Do it! Works great. You will need to spend some time with people showing them how to use the softare. Alternatively, there are good youtube videos

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Tracking our church auction. Benefit is that any user can update from any where (i've done it from my phone) and not worry about incorrectly deleting stuff or who has the latest version of a spreadsheet.
