What are the best aspects of this product?
There are many great aspects to Avaza, including the fact that it offers a variety of features to help businesses manage their projects and tasks. Additionally, Avaza provides excellent customer support and has a very active community of users who can offer advice and support.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
1. The user interface could be more user-friendly.
2. The project management features could be more robust.
3. The reporting features could be more robust.

What are the best aspects of this product?
It's organized so I can easily access what I need when I need it.
also it allows me to customize fields to fit my personal workflow
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It take a little time to set up to how you work and I haven't been able to figure out all the things this software can provide. That more my problem then theirs.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I can't think of any features that would improve upon what is currently provided.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Time tracking and invoicing, I love that it create invoices directly

What are the best aspects of this product?
I have been using the Avaza free plan. It has quite a lot of features included in that plan. Probably more than most other companies. I like that projects can have budgets that time can be tracked against
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish the timer had a pause option, rather than stop.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to have the time localized to a specific project or task, so I didn't always have to start a new blank timer. I also wish the timer had an option to pause it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I could easily manage my projects and retainer clients vs fixed bid projects. I could also easily see my billing with how many hours were used at a specific rate.
