What do you like best?

I like this app because it avoids the risk of encountering an overbooking and simplifies and reduces the work of the front office. This way you can manage your time in the best possible way. One of the satisfaction was to note the satisfaction of the customer himself. I've improved my business like never before.

What do you dislike?

I like a lot the app and I hadn't any issue. It is very useful and intuitive to use. You can manage your hostel in one place. With BananaDesk you have everything at your fingertips. In a single window, you can see the booked guests, the occupied rooms, the extra purchases of the customer and if they have already made the balance or not.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

I recommend using BananaDesk. It is very simple, intuitive, easy to use and most of all useful and important for the management of your hostel. It gives you time to improve your hostel. You can update a reservation simply by a click if you want to change rooms or extending the trip. You will notice an improvement in your business but above all, you will have more time to dedicate yourself to it.

I solve the overbooking problem. I earned a lot of benefits. I connected the reception with important channels. I improved my satisfaction and the management of my work. There is a back up of data every 5 minutes so I never lost anything.

What do you like best?

This software is very user friendly, it’s intiutive and is very reliable especially as I use it in a fast paced booking environment. I have never experienced any glitches, it doesn’t lag and the interface is well designed.

What do you dislike?

Sometimes we have some problems with the integration with Hostelworld and booking.com, which can be problematic during the busy seasons.

It provides a seamless and professional checking in process. It is user friendly and as a multi lingual team perfect that we can change the language

I do like the ease and the function of the program, it is dependent upon your business needs and the daily requirements. They have online support to help you in everything you need. I really recommend it because my experience was excellent.
