The website also stores locations, contacts and general information about the registered customers along with the frequency of deals. Secondly, Barberly offers the option to curate personalised QR codes for customers to scan and book their appointments on the go. This is excessively convenient on the customers’ part since they can refrain from entering the salon merely for booking an appointment. These QR codes can be hung on the front door of the salon for easy access. The size of the QR poster is customisable and can thus be modified according to the client’s requirements. The bookings made can be accessed on the dashboard.

I love the software

I love the software, and it has reduced no call/no show customers by 95%. My only qualm is difficulty creating absolute discounts and using them. My business offers a senior citizen discount and the only way I can use it is to offer it on my menu, which does open the door to dishonest clients to attempt to scam the shop. I also offer a discount for bi-weekly visitors that is not available for all clients and I have to manually enter the discounted price every single time I create a reoccurring appointment. Sometimes the shop is so busy I miss manually inputting the correct price and that causes complications if my clients choose to pay by card or prepay by card. Customer service did help with a work around, but I'm still unsure exactly if it works or how to apply it.

Overall I love barberly

Overall I love barberly. With a few upgrades and features I would give 5 stars. I would like to be able to integrate my barberly schedule with my google calendar. I would like to sell my printify products through my app as well.
