What do you like best?
Ongoing enhancements and development along with easy access to responsive support via telephone and email.
What do you dislike?
No dislikes so far. We are using the email, accounting, contact and client management, document archive and reporting functions.

ability to charge client right away, the organization and ability to pull clients and products out by specific qualifications. Customized organization - being able to choose what we want to see and use.

there are some complicated part that I am still learning.
some sales are getting lost in between "pay periods". something is off on the clock setting
Also you arent always sent to the same screen you were working on. clicking between clients doesnt leave you on the same sscreen you were working on - cannot open multiple screens on clients

sometimes a little hard to navigate clients as used to looking up appointments I set by dates. Too many steps in actions

at first it seemed very complicated but getting to learn the system after 8 months, I love it
