What are the best aspects of this product?
Bloomfire is a very effective tool when it comes to oganizing and categorizing information. This allows for quick and easy access to information for all team members. The features are so useful, especially the part where we can associate a certain region to a certain topic.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It's impossible to copy posts via API. Documentation is also a problem with the content API.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Bloomfire resolved our challenges in getting communications out to our agents the fastest way possible.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Bloomfire's search functionality is quite impressive. It is so powerful that I can easily find the information and materials I want using titles, categories, and tags. We also love Bloomfire's capability to scan and search within PDF files. Creating new content s easy and uploading various types of files is not a problem at all.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The platform is a bit pricey for our company. As much as we want everyone to have a Bloomfire account, its price prohibits us from enrolling everyone.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Everything is referenced in Bloomfire, effectively taking out the old way of traversing back and forth, up and down to find the content we need.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Bloomfire bridges gaps between communities and helps them to stay in touch. On top of that, the user interface is so refereshing and provides a new feel and look on communication tools. Sharing and storing capabilities of Bloomfire is a whole lot better compared to other alternatives.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We noticed at times that the search tool was laggy and the resuts aren't always organized in a most efficient manner. Pages sometimes load slow.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Bloomfire makes it easy for us to provide offline support to our employees and trainees.

PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
The platform is very user-friendly and versatile that we can use it for several learning and consuming preferences. What I love the most is the searcha functionaity and the mobility app. I also want to say that their customer service is very very excellent. They really care about their clients and it shows in their responsiveness and flexibility.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Nothing wrong with the software. I just wish they roll out with the developments faster.

We are now very mobile and functional and we managed to gather and channel effective user engagement for various decentralized groups and departments.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how they made the layout to be very navigable and well developed. In our industry, we are fully aware of tags and their value. It is so much useful that Bloomfire has a tag functionality. We are so pleased with the system.
