It has a lot of great features that make it a good software choice, but it may not be the best for users who are only beginning to explore VPNs. It is packed with a lot of settings which can make it hard to learn how to navigate at first.

This VPN solution has a good number of servers. It is fast, it has no transmission limits, and it uses really good encryption. It also has a killswitch feature which is commendable. They also abide by a no-log policy. All these make the use of the Internet worry-free and safe for its users.

BolehVPN does not come with live chat support. It can take some time to learn and configure. It also does not have a mobile app version.

BolehVPN has a well-designed and user-friendly UI. It offers good speeds and high-level security. It can be used simultaneously on several devices. It also notifies you in cases of Internet disconnection.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I am a macOS user and there are times when I encounter Internet disconnection. I think the system requirements are a call for concern. I hope they will be able to resolve this soon.

We use BolehVPN to test the servers in our company. We are having a very good experience with this VPN solution so far. Our IPs are responding well and fast. Our identity is also hidden and protected.

BolehVPN is a fast and reliable solution that does not come with transmission limits. In addition, they have a nice support community that users can come to for questions. They have a support section on their platforms and they also have forums. Their support team is also very responsive. They ensure the security and protection of their customers with their privacy policy. As part of which, they do not keep logs of their users’ activities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I will have a better experience with BolehVPN if their customer support would be more easily accessible via live chat and if setting it up on iOS devices would become easier. I also would like it better if they have more servers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

BolehVPN allows us to browse freely and without fear that someone else will be able to get a hand on our data.
