PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is easy to navigate/use and has a pleasant user face.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The CEO is rude, unhelpful and dishonest. He has mis-represented his product by stating that it integrates with zoom, but does not state a crucial point that it does not integrate with all zoom licenced accounts. His support team were non-existent, often not replying for over 7 days. They are ill equipped as they provided incorrect information. I was initially advised i'd be refunded because of their error, but the CEO decided to act dishonourably. Avoid like the plague.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

A support team that can respond within 24 hours. A CEO that can take responsibility for his errors and misrepresentations and treat his "customers" fairly. Sadly I don't believe that will ever happen, irrespective of what version you use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. In fact it cost us a small fortune. We were informed of a refund and to wind the account down as we could not make it work for us and they had no workaround. We had to move to Calendly (massive inconvenience and disruption) which is an amazing product that functions/integrates just fine with all types of licenced zoom accounts. . . We are a non-profit charitable community group that ended up paying double for a scheduling assistant that worked for our needs.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I found Bookafy so easy to set up. I appreciate all the help of their tech support too because they helped us customize the platform according to the things we needed, so being able to integrate the system with our website is amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Nothing so far. The tech support has been so patient with every question and concern I send their way.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're able to minimize back-and-forth emails because our prospect and clients can see and do everything on the website, thanks to Bookafy.

HOLY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Dishonest company that makes their money by giving a free trial and then putting you on the highest paid package. Then charging money quietly. Took me 8 months to figure out which company was charging me each month. When I found out I sent an email to them and a month later, they still haven't answered. They are still trying to charge me money even though I ended the service...The actual service is poorly made and has very limited customization options.Stay away!Response to Bookafy’s 1st response:Good thing you deleted the first response to my review since it looked like it was written by a cocky 16 year old boy. Response to Bookafy’s 2nd response:We would've been happy to refund if had asked nicely. Instead she emailed saying, "either refund everything or I will post a bad review about you." And, since we arent into extorsion... I said no. What??? This is a blatant lie? You flagged my intital review as Harmful to have customers not see the bad review. Then after Trustpilot reviewed it, the review got posted back up again quickly, (shocker right?). Then you desperately tail up a complete lie about an email extorsion from a customer? How desperate are you to actually do this? The most insane thing I have ever witnessed! To finally convince potential customers for Bookafy to look somewhere else, these are the emails that have been sent. (I would be happy to show screenshots).1st email-"Hello, I just saw that I have been charged over $100 for the past 8 months and as you can see the account is still inactive and nothing has been done with it. Is it possible to get a refund? If not, I understand but then please cancel my subscription since I am not using your service".2nd email (2 weeks later)-Hello?? Could you please respond to my email. You are still trying to charge me money…3rd email (4 weeks later)-*** is this scam company…

We're an agency and have used just about every scheduling tool out there. What we love most is how easily we can integrate this into our client's funnels. We also use this quite a bit to gather feedback from Client's customers to use as social proof on their landing pages. Keep up the good work!
