What are the best aspects of this product?
I love this app! It's so user-friendly and simple. To date, the feature I love most is the auto-downloading of the schedule for each staff and the hours they've worked for a certain period.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have nothing to report in terms of dislikes about Branch.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Branch enabled me and my team to be more productive and time-efficient. I don't even have to keep downloading my schedule on a regular basis and take too much space on my phone memory. All schedules are available on the app for everyone's reference whenever and wherever they need it.

What are the best aspects of this product?
With Branch, we're able to collect customer data across all channels that prevent duplicates and culls more accurate business transactions, regardless if it was done through an Android or an IOS operating system. Their support service team is tops: they're friendly, patient, and every-ready to respond and help us resolve our issues.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Branch could take less time to learn and strategize with. It could also be more intuitive, especially in terms of retaining the highest possible amount of turnover and daily users who go to the site.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
All our teams use Branch, but it has especially benefited our marketing team. They have been able to connect with potential clients across social media platforms from our site. This has enabled them to pinpoint areas that need our attention so we can either grow or resolve related issues. Branch is strategically situated among paid and free media channels. It even alerts us about our customers' digital activity with brand affiliates.

I wish I can access my colleague's contact details in case I need to reach them via regular messaging instead of the app.

What are the best aspects of this product?
I like that it's so easy to access and use: from viewing the calendar, to publishing a tweaked shift. Branch makes it so simple for admins and managers to share information with their teams. Notes are also easily shared after meetings. It's also useful to be receiving mobile notifications about the start of my shift as a reminder.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It would be helpful to have more project management tools that will allow us to monitor the progress of company changes as and when they happen, to develop the culture of transparency between the leadership team and the staff.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Branch is enabling us to go fully digital with our staffing and organizational processes. The transition is ongoing, but our aim is to boost productivity and become more time-efficient across all teams.
