"Is a powerful and easy-to-use tool."
What do you like best?
Ease of integration and management when managing the tasks that are set to develop, allows you to maintain a great integration and management of each of the activities.
What do you dislike?
Its handling and integration in mobile devices is a little confusing and slow to handle would be ideal to improve this small detail.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Useful for the management of tasks and different activities that are scheduled to be developed by all members of the team.

"Easy website review system "
What do you like best?
This system makes it extremely easy to pin real time updates or notes needed on a website. It is primarily used when building a new website where the customer as well as internal reviewer can make notes, pinning them right on the exact button, photo, section, etc.
What do you dislike?
The customer has to be trained on how to use it and some find it difficult if they are not tech savvy. For those building a website, it's useful, but if your client is not inclined to use a program like this they may disregard and send you feedback another way!
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Better communication. It's much more affective to use a program where you can easily make updates that are right in front of you, and mark them as complete.

What do you like best?
It records and stores errors given by the people or consumers of the program and saves so that it is easier for the developers to solve the problems. I like it because I can do the work of my house and it's easier for me.
What do you dislike?
It does not have a very reliable and very open presentation. It has a slightly complicated interface. I do not like that the main page does not show many social networks so customers can go.

I recommend it because it is useful when identifying problems and that developers can solve it easily.

I have easily resolved the errors of the website as well as recommendations on how to improve it.

"Amazing Bug Tracker with Easy Wordpress integration"
What do you like best?
Excellent for reporting, tracking, and organizing bugs through BugHerd's website. It is amazing how you can report bugs in a point and click fashion to point to exactly where the bug is. It also captures a screenshot of the page, browser details, resolution of browser when bug was reported, and you can even assign or comment on each bug.
What do you dislike?
I dislike how Bugherd is not updated often and there is little to no integration with other software or Wordpress, .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Integration of bugherd into your website is easy if you find the right Wordpress plugin and know how to plug htis into your non-Wordpress site. The plugin itself is also outdated but works well even with Wordpress 4.9.1 as well as Meteor or Vue websites.

What do you like best?
The ease of use from installing it on the site to the smart and intuitive UI to capture your feedback. I also love how it captures your browser, OS, etc and has the ability to provide screen grabs.
What do you dislike?
I feel sometimes it slows down the site speed. Maybe the JS is a little heavy? Not really sure.
