What are the best aspects of this product?
It can create tearsheets that help in applicant pipeline tracking.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope pinning the tearsheets can be more intuitive. I also wish there'd be a back button for easy navigation. I've also experienced some glitches where it keeps refreshing the dashboard.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We can now easily track our pipelines.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Bullhorn is a robust tool that is really helpful when it comes to recruitment and customer service. I use it mainly for listing candidates and tracking records of applicants and staff. It is user-friendly, easy to navigate, and can be integrated with email management platforms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although I love the functions of the app, there are a few things that it can't do. First, it cannot be integrated with mobile apps. It's also not possible to generate a spreadsheet. The notes creation and shortlisting can still be improved.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I mainly use it for recruitment and it definitely made the task easier. We now have a streamlined and faster recruitment process because of this app because it can easily check on the applicants' records and send an email right away.

The overall design of the software is really commendable -- from installation to ease of use. I also love that the developers of the program update it regularly to maintain its good performance.

The program lags when processing large information for reporting.

We mainly use Bullhorn for sales management and brand promotion. It helps us get client insights.

Bullhorn is easy to use and manage. It's super functional and definitely useful for your staffing and recruitment business.

There are limited user support and available resources to help users understand the platform.

This is a great applicant tracking system. We find it really helpful during external hiring.

What are the best aspects of this product?
We didn’t use any Bullhorn product before, but that doesn't stop me from discovering the amazing value of the product. We just started implementation, but we're already aware of its incredible flexibility, contact management, and visibility of information. The team is just crazy about it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Implementation is taking more time than expected, and now I have to go through every system with my accountant too (I already did it with the sales person). In addition, it is never clear how far I've come, and I always have to make a retrospective in order to check whether I missed something important. I can't wait to start using it for real.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It could all come under the hat of inefficiency, meaning that we expect to keep information safe, and to fix miscommuniction problems.
