What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a terrific platform with great features such as user-friendly interface, easy illustration sharing, as well as great preciseness for different tasks. It also sports a useful collaboration feature for illustrations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tool cannot upgrade diagrams that are produced using old flash applications. It takes a significant time when copying as well. So far, these are the biggest problems I’ve noticed.

This tool is amazing in coming up with mockup UI and layout since it produces highly accurate and collaborative results instantly. The real-time collaborative feature fits well for planning and presentation, especially when you need to work with people from a distance. It comes with a functional item library as well, which features efficient searching, versioning, folder creation, sharing, and PDF exports that can handle links. Its whiteboard feature also comes with cool collaborative capabilities with high accuracy.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a suitable app for creating analytical maps since it greatly helps me come up with graphs and other visuals. It features multiple templates, formats, letters, and topics among other options, and it allows you to put texts directly from your device too. It always helps me a lot; thus, I always keep it ready especially when I need to churn out some visuals immediately.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version of this tool has some problems. Although, these are resolved when I bought a license. When you share a project, you can’t make any changes, and you’d end up with limited actions. You also need to connect to the web for sharing files with others.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Cacoo has helped me through multiple works and assignments in the university, and it has helped me efficiently create different graphs and maps for researches too. That is why I began recommending Cacoo to my friends especially that it has helped me sort out different problems. And yes, it has solved many of their problems too.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This platform lets me easily shape a graph and its details through automated features. It also allows me to easily put different elements together into one flow chart, then I can export output files into different needed formats. However, I hope for a feature that exports files directly into MS Office compatible formats.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

First, the search feature for its options is quite disorganized, and it is very difficult to find a certain needed option. It doesn’t come with ML architectures as well, let alone templates related to such features, which is a big downside right in its marketing campaign. Also, it doesn’t efficiently work with other helpful platforms such as LATEX and Monday, which are great for different science-related fields. Computer engineers, data scientists, and analysts want a platform that seamlessly assembles a design for a convenient presentation.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It provides a dependable flow chart that keeps me on track while making an assignment or project. This helps me easily handle ideas; then, clearly use them in proposals and meetings.

What are the best aspects of this product?

A largely helpful platform that is so convenient to use. It also receives updates and improvements frequently, which makes it work even better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope this can save Google Fonts into PDF files. The platform automatically changes the fonts into default since it won’t copy what Google has. This forces me to save files in PNG formats, or grab URLs that I can send to others. There’s no other disadvantage I’ve found.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It’s really helpful for creating wireframes and website structure illustrations. This lets me work with my designers more efficiently. Plus, we can easily show such illustrations to clients.

What are the best aspects of this product?

This powerful designing software is incredibly easy to use. Also, it allows the use of Unified Modeling Language artifacts into different diagrams. This is a tremendous help for presentations or for marketing and sales processes.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is hard to choose elements then move them in the interface, and such a task comes with inaccuracy problems too. Arrows that automatically show on images are quite annoying since they make it harder to make images look fabulous and ready for showing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform has everything I need; thus, I don’t need to use a set of different applications to satisfy a different audience. Its cloud-based designing interface is also cool since it efficiently handles engineering and software architecture as well as sales and marketing.
