What are the best aspects of this product?
This is a cost-effective and high-performing software for calls. The quality of the calls and recording is commendable, and exceeds the performance of its competitors.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The user interface needs improving in terms of aesthetics. As for the functions, I have no complaints at all.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I mainly use this for calling different countries when I'm doing my tasks as a Sales Rep! Accessing numbers, scheduling calls around the world is so convenient.
