What are the best aspects of this product?

CallRail provides me with accurate data to my clients when it comes to phone-calls that the adverts on the websites are generating. We are able to present true value of our services by using the data. We have improved the customer retention numbers effectively. There is even emails with call-data and with recorded calls.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could make some reports and menus more intuitive. Also some of the important features are buried several levels deep.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We had lot of troubles with attributing phone calls to the advertisements on our website, the clients used to call in with frustration but the tool helps us to generate calls on our sites. We managed to prove the service to our existing customers. We are saving lot of accounts by offering call tracking to our clients. Our clients are willing to continue the advertising.

What are the best aspects of this product?

CallRAil is easy to set up and easy to use, I managed to install the program by myself. There are extremely easy and understandable instructions to follow. It is simple and intuitive tool with great capabilities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It takes some time for the calls to show as conversion inside the Adwords.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to find exact keywords, groups and campaigns on AdWords that are generating our calls. We can be more focused on keywords that generate calls instead of wasting time and money on something that doesn’t offer any success. We can A/B test our landing pages and to find out which one generate most calls.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The product is simple and easy to set it up, it is well organized and very customizable. It offers voicemail, call forward options and integration with CRMs. There is even a mobile app. The price is affordable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is nothing I can think of.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It allows us to track multiple numbers and to know when lead comes from and which marketing is working the best and which isn’t. It helps us to control our business and to change our marketing strategies. Because the tool is well-organized and it captures everything about caller leads we are able to be more focused on marketing so we can drive as many leads as possible without losing them.

What are the best aspects of this product?

CallRail notifies us whenever the call comes into the tracking numbers. I’m able to keep track/listen the recording, to mark the call as lead, to take to my dashboard and add notes, in this way I’m able to look at customer journey. The other good thing is that it is fully integrated with Google AdWords and it is very clear when searching the keywords to a call generated to sales team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like to divide the call analytics into even smaller parts, but they are working to include this option.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to track all the calls that come in from e-commerce website against the keywords and paid campaigns that we run on Google AdWords. It allows us to see which quotes we are generating via which phone call, the connection to the specific campaign and keyword or a phrase that is searched on a google. The tool is easy to set up and what’s most important it is affordable product, the customer service tool is also great.

Horrible Customer Service

Their account rep David Bollinger sold us on using their platform and after they received the cc he basically left us out to dry. Did not help with the implementation of call tracking and form tracking. It took half a month to set up correctly. I emailed and asked for a prorated bill just to be ignored. Their account executives are horrible.Not to mention the platform is insanely expensive. The platform does have some great features, but good luck setting up the keyword report (which is why you get this thing). You will get 0 help from the account rep. He will send you long articles with links, but on the onboarding, he will schedule a skype call and walk you through. Better take notes because that is all you get.
