What do you like best?
With Ceipal workforce it was easy for me to track my leaves. Not only that but i can apply for my leaves from any where.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing much to dislike it as it helps with tracking of my leaves.

I recommend others to go for ceipal workforce as it is easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere on any platform. It has excellent features.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
With Ceipal workforce i can apply for leave from anywhere as it can accessible. If we cannot inform to our officials about any sudden leaves. We can just apply leave in it and can get approval.

What do you like best?
• Ceipal is an Applicant Tracking System and can do mass mail by building the huge data base.
• Ceipal provides an exclusive integration feature of all job portals in a single platform, it means we need not to share credentials of any job portal with recruiters, recruiters can use all the job portals through Ceipal only and we can set the resume view limit also in each ceipal account to save resume views.
• Ceipal has a great interactive UI which helps the User. Easy to configure, easy to operate and user-friendly UI. Access Management is easy to configure. All in all a full functionality provided to manage entire workforce with end to end processes including time sheets, personal and immigration related document upload facility, Built in Workflows and triggers for approvals and escalation path.
What do you dislike?
• As far as there are no issues I personally faced, Sometimes it takes a lot time to view the resume that seems awkward
• The boolean search can give all sorts of mixed results and then we might have to again refine it.

You must try this software once and i am damn sure you gonna love it if you are in a staffing/consulting business.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
• Whole team can use any portal anytime even after if we have only one account of that portal as ceipal integrates all the job portals, this is very beneficial for every staffing/consulting firm.
• We are a consulting firm and have had so much of scattered data for so many years with Ceipal now we have got all together and using it for our benefit
• Also tracking performances of our individual employees and team have got a lot easier
• The application is very simple to use and highly recommend it to all the businesses which are in this staffing field.

"Clean and Comfortable to use"
What do you like best?
The ease of use. It is easy to enter the data like working hours, overtime, status updates and get data like approved weeks. It is clean. There are very few web pages, hence easy to navigate. Easy to login and get notifications.
What do you dislike?
It doesn't have all the features. Like it would have been much better if there were features like how much tax will he deducted from the pay check, cummulative pay upto date and how many working days are left in the calendar as such.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
It has saved a lot of time and easy to manage. Most of the featues are like one or two click away from the homepage which is awesome. I am using the CEIPAL Workforce for managing weekly work hours and approvals.
