What do you like best?
Esta plataforma permite realizar una automatizacion procesos comerciales para un mayor incremento en señales de compras basadas en campañas de marketing. Las herramientas y funciones que proporciona son ideales para los especialistas en marketing ya que permiten decifran y obtener la informacion necesaria de los clientes.
What do you dislike?
Certain no es adecuado para cualquier persona, se necesita una buena base de conocimientos para utilizarla. Lo mejor es pedir ayuda a un profesional si no tienes la informacion que se requiere para poder aprender rapido sobre su funcionamiento y asi empezar a desarrollar tu trabajo en ella. No hemos tenido experiencias negativas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Es excelente para cualquier tipo de evento comercial que requiera campos especificos de los usuarios registrantes. No lo recomendaria para eventos unicos ya que su configuracion seria mas compleja y el tiempo invertido seria mayor al acostumbrado. Si no eres experto o no tienes los conocimientos para la creacion de pagina de eventos con cierta regularidad, busca otra opcion que sea mas simple de utilizar y su curva de aprendizaje sea menor.

Realizamos en nuestra empresa una automatizacion para mantener el flujo del correo electronico en cuanto al registro de aprobados, rechazados y pendientes, para orientar al usuario los siguientes pasos que se deben tomar. Nos permite realizar formularios de registros de manera mas organizada ademas de crear tipos de asistentes, codigos de registros en general es muy completa. Una muy buena eleccion, de esta manera mantenemos al cliente satisfecho e interesado.

I loved the easiness of the platform, the availability of reports and how accurate it is.
What do you dislike?
The difficulty of importing exhibitors profiles to the platform.

Have at least 3 or 4 sessions of practice before using it as a final product.

I'm doing appointment diaries for IBTM AMERICAS 2019 and also 2018. I actually enjoy that the platform is focused on HB, this way all appointments are based on a funded decision and we don't oblige the HB to assist to the appointments.

What do you like best?
I love all of the customizations that can be made, as well as all of the features that are offered.
What do you dislike?
I hope they fix the issue with creating a poll. It becomes a bit of a three-step process and I feel as though that can be simplified.

"Lots of options, but very manual"
What do you like best?
The Certain platform has more options for customization than I've ever seen. It is great to be able to make it fit to the unique events we do.
What do you dislike?
The only issue is that the system isn't super intuitive and it takes a lot of manual work to make updates. HTML knowledge is definitely required to manage, even on an individual event level.
