What do you like best?

Channels is a software that has really made it applicable for us to get the best CRM (Customer Relationship Management )solution. We have used bundles of software so far but were never as satisfied as we are by using channels. It has enabled us in doing our business with more professionalism with its variety of features which basically includes data security, schedule making, and organization of various appointments, and also aided us in managing the automated workflow. Considering all this I can say that it helped us a lot in boosting our business with its practical CRM solutions.

What do you dislike?

With my mediocre business, It was really expensive for us. So I think they should decrease its price so everyone no matter if someone belongs to small, medium or large scale businesses, can be equally benefited from it.

According to me, the points I have mentioned above are 1/4th part of how much I am benefitted from it. It is a wonderful software with a variety of features that resulted in boosting our business. I would never change this soft for any this application is exceptional and they are very quick to help easily manage sales.

What displeased us was that at the beginning we were worried that the connection through web browsers could be compromised, but the quality of the network in general has been excellent. After having used it for a little while, we are very satisfied with CrazyCall. We can even say that it is a fairly simple application to use and as you get involved with it, your knowledge increases and therefore, its speed when you work on it has a very good sound quality, likewise it covers all the necessary features for customer service. Most programs similar to CrazyCall do not offer file transfer and the process of our call documentation changed after we discovered CrazyCall. The support team was easy to contact regarding our problems and difficulties.
