PROS & CONS
What are the best aspects of this product?
Easy to use, seamless integration with QuickBooks online, saves me time by doing my reoccurring billing automatically for me, and the support is absolutely amazing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I haven't had any problems that support couldn't educate me on or help me with in a short turnaround.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A little more mobile friendly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We wasted a ton of time sending out invoices each year. Now clients get automatic notices about renewals and I don't have to do a thing except add them the first time.

What are the best aspects of this product?
Great migration & support team (Chris, Peter, Candice, Ryan); Flat cost as opposed to % of revenue; Very full featured; lots of integrations and customizations available; easy-to-use interface
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I want to allow users who sign up for a subscription to enable or disable auto-pay, since my audience has members who cannot use auto-pay. This is currently not a feature, but the support team submitted it to the dev team as a feature request, so I expect it will be addressed soon.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see an option for auto-pay on the initial sign-up for a plan page.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I needed to implement subscription billing fast. My prior sales company was acquired and so I needed to migrate their work from Salesforce into something I could manage a bit more easily, as a very small company. ChargeOver integrates with my other services (banking, mailing list, etc.) very nicely, so I didn't have to spend a lot of time or money finding add-on's to solve my main integration issues.
