What do you like best?

What I like about cheddar is how easy it is to access. Just a click from your phone or comprise or even tablet, and you have all the access to the latest news and events going on in our world today. Cheddar keeps me aware and ready for the world and what’s going on.

What do you dislike?

What I don’t like about cheddar is sometimes that headlines can be a little misleading.

Cheddar has benefitted me in my day to life just by simply existing. It’s an amazing source to use for news outlets and you always get real time updates.

What do you like best?

Cheddar is our billing system, our customer access control system, and our business intelligence system - all in one. It helps us optimize pricing, marketing, and implementation by showing us exactly how our actions are translating into revenue.

What do you dislike?

You really have to embrace Cheddar. You can't be halfway in. You have to integrate your product with their API in order to take full advantage of the platform.

Cheddar has really automated our entire process of billing and customer activation. It also provides us with real-time insights into revenue growth, renewals, churn, and pricing effectiveness.

What do you like best?

Easy and quick setup, good documentation. Support available and attentive when needed.

What do you dislike?

Nothing I would change. We're NZ-based so having support for NZ companies in the built-in gateway would be a nice to have, but we just use Braintree.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Cheddar manages our SaaS billing, all the plans, the customer management, discounts, plan changes, prorating.

I like that you can develop and test business really as much as you want before going live with it, so that gives you ample time to make sure everything is good.

Better automatic invoicing, with this we are looking for a solution where these automatic invoices can be sent out to our customers when purchasing for the first time and even for some reason if they have to cancel
