"The best spa management tool I've ever used."
What do you like best?
It is a tool very easy to configure and use, also has a very friendly interface so it does not require learning curve, has a simple but very functional design, which provides a board that gives you the ability to visualize the most important aspects of the management of your business in summary form, also offers many features that generate its great functionality, where we can highlight, customer database, scheduling appointments, online reservations, employee management, payroll and inventory, point of sale (POS) and powerful marketing functionality. It offers two forms of implementation that are web-based or cloud-based and installed version compatible with Windows. On the other hand, it has available several packages of services (Solo, Standard, Advanced, Premium, and Company) oriented to satisfy your needs depending on the number of employees that you need to manage, all at a very affordable price.
What do you dislike?
It is a very complete program, I am very pleased with its operation and performance, so I have no negative comments, however as a compliment would be desirable the development of a mobile application, as it would provide greater flexibility of use of the software.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the most complete and robust programs that I have used, is a minimal investment that will offer many benefits, I strongly recommend it.

CHIDESK is an automated tool that helped us implement a new working methodology, optimizing and facilitating the organization of our business, and that with the scheduling of appointments we have been able to establish a very fluid and effective work dynamics, where we can confirm appointments and serve our customers more quickly, as they have reduced waiting times, maintaining quality, which has increased their degree of satisfaction. Additionally CHIDESK is a multifunctional program so we have been able to centralize many aspects with this powerful software, another aspect to highlight from which we have benefited greatly is the management of payroll and billing, so we have at the reach of a click the financial reports generated by the program. No doubt since its implementation we have managed to increase our productivity and effectiveness, we are pleasantly pleased with the functionality and performance that has provided us.

What do you like best?
I like that it's multi functional and that it can be used for all types of businesses that see clients on a day to at basis. It's easy to use. It's great for any operating system including Linux. I like that it's way more economical compared to other software of similar capability currently being used on the market
What do you dislike?
My only complaint is that it's not a super popular program that I can consult with other current users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it for yourself, it is perfect for smaller companies and user friendly. definitely worth the investment. It won't take long for employees or other workers to get used to the program, so no money wasted on training.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
I can easily schedule appointments without risks of overbooking or overlapping clients. I also like that more than one person can schedule an appointment an that it's multiuser friendly.
