"Great tool for learning purposes, follow up and quality control!"
What do you like best?
The recordings. They are very helpfull to review a call when you didnt get the time to note down the call, and also to share with you colleagues or get feedback from your superiors regarding your call performances and skills.
What do you dislike?
I don't have much negative feedback to give regarding the software. It is very complete, user friendly - very easy to navigate and to use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Highly recommend - full tool for recording of call and zoom meetings and more. Review and feedback of call from superior for the team and much more.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Learning purposes as we can record the calls and meeting, it can be shared to new employee for training. Follow up for the prospect/client. You can review the call before you next meeting with them to make sure you didn't miss anything and quality control for our superior to follow up with us regarding what we could do better on our next call. Overall great software and super useful.

What do you like best?
What I truly like is the insights I am able to receive and coach my sales team.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I can say that need improvement is the inability to export reports, but I know it is on their near term roadmao

Before Chorus I did not have the ability to breakdown calls and get insights. Sure I could record on other tools but I did not have the ability to use key words or trackers

I love that I am able to listen to my own calls in an effort to adjust and fine tune my conversations with customers.
What do you dislike?
I do not have issues, its been a great tool for me!

I would say this is a very valuable tool to gain insight on your own performance and how you can improve!

I am noticing that I at times give in to a customer saying "not interested" too quickly without pushing them as to why.

What do you like best?
Ability to listen in on calls, set up reporting to flag conversations based on defined trigger words, great voice recognition software for native English speakers and people having English as 2nd language
What do you dislike?
There really isn't anything I dislike. There is room for improvement when it comes to dashboard creation, and collaboration.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are working with a huge sales org and want to ensure that Sales Reps ask the right qualifying questions to understand our customer needs. We were able to measure the impact of trainings by seeing how Sales Reps adjusted how to approached certain topics with our customers.
