What are the best aspects of this product?

The member and event tracking capabilities of CCB are the best features for me. They are very helpful in organizing events and in taking attendance. Other modules are also very comprehensive and intuitive.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mail merge function is very limited and it requires a bit of coding to make them easy on the eyes. It would be nice if CCB can upgrade this to make it more like Mail Chimp.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Being the head of the congregation, I need to be in contact with the members. CCB has helped me do that since I can access their information easily. The app has also helped us with the donations and the payments for tickets to conference and events. And since we can connect it with Pushpay, our financial processes are more streamlined.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The user-friendly interface of CCB is the best feature it has because it allows us to complete our tasks without much difficulty. I also like that it centralizes church and member data so we can manage everything from a single window from member profiles to giving options. It is also nice to see that CCB is always improving and that they incorporate user feedback in their updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The process queue feature is not the best and some members of our church find it difficult to use.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

CCB is mobile-friendly so we can check people's information directly from our mobile devices. It also has a fast report generation that helps us in a cinch.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I find CCB to be an intuitive application that lets us connect with our volunteers without breaking a sweat. It has even enabled us to manage our data better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The information exported to an Excel file is formatted differently and it is difficult for us to understand it. So we have to format it again in a way that is suitable for us.

This software has changed the way we communicate and manage church data.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The financial module of CCB is incredibly full-featured. Apart from that, its contacts grouping capability is helpful in creating separate rooms for people involved in different activities.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

CCB is limited in its functionalities so they have to upgrade the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

CCB has helped us create better lines of communication. It has also fixed our tracking problems and financial issues.

What are the best aspects of this product?

CCB has a wonderful interface that makes it easy for anyone to work with it. Since most of our members use it for check-ins or registering for church activities, we only have to explain the steps to them once they are already familiar with it.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Introducing a new volunteer to the system can be difficult because there are so many things to become familiar with. Fortunately, CCB has a reliable support team so our volunteers can get the hang of things after a while.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Anything related to church management is in CCB so we do not have to use other solutions.
