Excellent Customer Service

I have just started my subscription with Circle Loop today. Cain was absolutely AMAZING and he is the reason I went ahead with the purchase. He has the best telephone manner and is extremely knowledgeable so ALL my queries were answered in ONE phone call. The pricing plans are really good too! I couldn't be happier with the service I received and would sincerely recommend Circle Loop to anybody looking for a virtual landline.

AMAZING value for a great system.

We installed the system within hours of looking for a solution. We found the whole setup to be very intuitive for anyone that has a modicum of IT skill.We found that the solutions provided represented excellent value for money and we now have one number that directs to a menu system to direct calls to three different parts of the business. Out of hours call handling, answering machine system with voice to text recognition instantly emailed to us, transfer music, hold music and easy to use apps and desktop solutions.Cannot recommend them highly enough.The team are on hand to take calls and offer supportive advice about the setup.
