What do you like best?
The options available to schedule an event and scheduling multiple events

its almost impossible to join through browser! many times we faced issues with panelist to join

assign emergency customer service especially when webinar is live and something goes wrong. improve the "join from browser" option

"Missing Features but a Great Tool for Webinars"
What do you like best?
It's easy to understand and run a webinar without experience. Sharing screen, receiving questions, chatting back, talking. It's all there. It has a good plug-in with Salesforce and Pardot, which I have used.
What do you dislike?
I feel the reporting is slow. I feel the recording enablement is slow. Takes 24 hours for a recording to appear. Wish it was much quicker.
Also wish it had a more interactive element to it. But that's a different product and that product doesn't plug-in with Salesforce and Pardot.

Look at GoToWebinar and on24. See what works with your other tools. Trial them out. Choose what works best.

Holding online virtual events. This is a great way to reach our customers during COVID-19 times.

"Very poor admin and user interface"
What do you like best?
It delivers the webinars and events very well - including recordings and landing pages. Overall - it does what it should.
What do you dislike?
The user interface is very dated and the admin setup is very tough to navigate. I often get lost between functions and finding what you are looking for, it is often necessary to google a solution.

We needed to host webinars. It fulfilled this and delivered successful engaging webinars

"A worthy expansion of your Meeting experience"
What do you like best?
I love the control that this product gives to those running the meetings. It allows you to assign presenter roles to people and everyone else that is an attendee can be totally controlled, like whether they can unmute, or use video or just sit there and watch. It really gives control of the meeting to those who are running it. And we love that ability for those meetings that we are trying to make sure people are listening in on instead of trying to participate in.
What do you dislike?
The management and running of the meeting is fairly different from that of a Webex meeting so it does require some special training to use properly. And in some cases the teams just cant seem to get it so we have offered to help run meetings that has sucked quite a bit of our time. So that was a downside but hopefully the training we are working on will alleviate that issue.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Just really hitting the meetings that we need to control and making sure the executives that are running them get the "floor" like they need without users being able to interrupt even by mistake. It has so many great features like mute all, raining hands, Q and A and some many others.

What do you like best?
The ease in setting up and recording meetings. In addition, it is easy to collect and retrieve information about meeting attendees and participation metrics like time attended and use of Q&A and other meeting features.
What do you dislike?
The lapse in time to deliver recorded meetings to the meeting owner's e-mail address exceeds several hours.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
Cisco Webex Events extends my ability to reach clients globally. In the last 60 days, Webex Events was used to move planned in-person meetings to a virtual and "work from home" friendly platform. This allowed delivery time sensitive business content in spite of travel and workplace restrictions to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. WebEx Events will be an ongoing outreach and communication strategy for supporting clients in successful software adoption.
