"Clunky Interface and slow development"

What do you like best?

They try hard to have good customer experience

What do you dislike?

The implementation took very long. There was no understanding of the requirments that our business had. They developed a solution that made sence for them and we had to re-develop it to fit our business (for example: the initial design was not able to split up a contract in y1 and y2)

The development team was junior and seemed like there was only one person that understood our needs. If he was not on the call - we could not make any progress.

The system is cluncky. Takes a lot of clicks to create a product basket and there is a lot of waiting in between clicks.

What do you like best?

The whole idea of this product is business oriented, helping a firm to increase on their sales. Besides, the software is customizable, where one can modify everything to suite their needs.

Responses from the help desk is also immediate and this makes it faster to solve the complaints or the concerns of the users.

Lastly, the software makes it possible for one to access CPQ, and this improves on sales.

What do you dislike?

I still don't find anything that is not working well in CloudSense. I enjoyed every feature and its capacity to improve the sales of our firm.

CloudSense is an excellent software to increase your sales. The guide you will get from the support team will make you have a successful installation.

This software is multiple purpose, but it is possible to create a customer database, and this makes it possible to raise the sales of a firm. Again, the product allows the users to reuse very single information they have adopted and this also brings efficiency and avoids redundancy.
