Clover continues to call us several times a week. We have requested to be taken off their call list. They are absolutely a menace to proper business operations. They refuse to take NO for an answer.

Save your time and money. Worst Customer Service ever.

We were trying to get information on Clover and the systems they offer and what their contract entails. The website just keeps sending you back to the Contact Sales, even though they say you can order online. When I called Clover sales, the rep was incredibly rude. They sounded very nervous, and repeatedly said that unless I was placing an order, they were ending the call! I kept trying to explain that I was just trying to get more information that was not available on their website. They kept cutting me off, repeating that they only help people who are placing sales orders. When I asked (repeatedly) if they had a customer service department, they said they didn't know!I would never entrust my transactions to a company that behaves this way. I'm glad I read the other reviews posted here. I thought that maybe the employee who "helped" me was a rotten apple. Apparently, it's a business practice for Clover.

I would like to ask who created this company? They are terrible at service. They took $200 from my company account with hidden fees and said they would refund me back $174 after i canceled my account with them. I waited three months just for them to send me only a $1.00 what a Joke!!!

Canceling order no customer service even cant even understand contact voicemails and phone numbers clearly. Stay away...on the phone for over 2hrs still will not work properly. Everyone's voicemails says will get back to you within 24 to 48 hrs my customers can't wait on you.
