The worst customer service and…
UPDATED REVIEW: Comet Chat is a Con Artist company. The 7-day trial is a 4-day trial. As the website miss-sells the 7-day free trial but fails to tell you you have to cancel within 3 days, unless you read the small print. I am in the process of helping anyone who was not made aware of this when signing up because this is hidden in the terms, but the website keeps going on about a free 7-day trial, which clearly isn't a free 7-day trial as it should be sold as a free 4-day trial. If you have lost money to this company, then you may have a claim. Anuj Garg the CEO needs to refund everyone his company has taken money from as I see a class action lawsuit starting against this company for miss-selling.HERES WHAT THEY SAY ON THE SITE:No commitment 7 day trial ????Simple, transparent pricingWhether you are a solo-entrepreneur, growing start-up, or thriving enterprise, there is a CometChat Go plan for you. MY EXPERIENCE: The worst customer service and overpriced chat product compared to its competitors. I have never written a negative review about any software company, but in this case I believe I have a duty to warn developers who may get reeled into the 7-day trial and think comet chat is like the majority of software companies when it comes to canceling during the free trial period. Plus the majority of the great and excellent reviews seem fake. Trust pilot really needs to look into this.I signed up to the 7 days free trial and decided it was not for my client's project. I was asked to complete a form on the reasons for cancelling. I thought rather than providing a one-line answer, I thought I would help Comet Chat better understand why businesses like the one I am developing a solution for, a new startup, may decide to leave. So I spent some time explaining why I was cancelling so that comet chat could get some honest feedback. I cancelled within 7 days only to be charged on the 8th day. When I visited the website to chat with someone about this issue, they are a live chat/bot company after all. To my surprise, the chat function said "sorry we are unable to load the messenger", I thought wow how convenient for comet chat and how inconvenient for me. I tried again for a number of times and go the same message. Then I thought this is so strange a chat providers chat to go down, isn't really a good sign for anyone. Then I thought, let me go into incognito mode, maybe they have programmed the chat to not open for IP addresses that cancel. To my amazement, the chat function worked. I amount of time I am wasting on trying to get my $49 back is such a pain. Avoid if you can.If you found my review useful, please tick useful.

Its interface is quite simple and practical, which makes it very easy for me to use it without having to resort to various submenus to be able to use all its functions, the fact that it can send images, videos and notes of Voice is very useful for me to respond in a much more dynamic and individualized way to my patients, which is also an excellent way to keep a more orderly control of my private practice appointments, as well as allowing me to make video calls with my patients to a very good quality, allowing me to track my successive consultations in this way, in terms of performance I can say that both in its web version and in its application for phones it is quite stable and does not present any flaws, so my experience as a user was quite positive in this regard.
What do you dislike?
It may be somewhat expensive compared to other similar options, however you pay for what you have in operation, the only thing that for me was a resounding NOT is their customer service, they take forever to give answers to the doubts that arise, which in my opinion should not last that long.

It has been very useful for me to migrate and carry out the consultations of my patients in this way, since in the clinic where I work several of my colleagues already used this application for the management of their patients and had been recommending it to me However, I was somewhat reluctant to migrate to this application until I decided to give it a try and I must say that I am quite pleased, since everything works perfectly for me, it adapts perfectly to me and my patients, it is quite practical and useful .

Nach jedem Update gibt es rein zufällig jedes mal Bugs an Stellen wo man zufällig den Support benötigt um das Script überhaupt brauchbar zum laufen zu bekommen. Wenn jetzt jemand auf den Gedanken kommen würde, dass das Betrug ist, dann kann ich dem nichts entgegensetzen. Also Finger weg!!
