What are the best aspects of this product?

Highly scalable, especially from being a simple blogging tool for us. This is helping us create websites without consuming much time and without going through a lot of hassles. This is serving its intended web development purposes. Concrete5 has everything needed for creating different websites; right after installation.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some tasks are more difficult depending on the integrations you’re using on the platform. However, in general, I still say that Concrete5 is an easy to use the tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Concrete5 is a great CMS that helps us create websites with ease, and it offers a lot of useful plugins too. Also, these plugins are approved by the Concrete5 team of developers. Therefore, all plugins available on the Concrete5 store are compatible with the platform.

What are the best aspects of this product?

The most popular benefit of C5 is its suitability for front end users. Making on-page editing is unbelievably easy. It lets you use customized attributes and codes to make more sophisticated websites too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We have faced some problems when three or more developers work on the same site. It cannot seamlessly connect local and remote environments too. Moreover, it is not that suitable for big websites, such as those with more than 250 pages. Although, this might be a DevOp issue, instead of a problem in this content management tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We now provide a suitable solution for clients who want to edit their websites. And C5 is very easy to use for them. This tool is also sufficient for complicated tasks we need to complete, such as building personalized blogs and surveys, creating complex themes, and setting access authorization features.

What are the best aspects of this product?

You can use it immediately after installation. Its integrations and templates are easy to install as well. You won’t have any unneeded hassle because it is suitable for everybody; from newbies to pro.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I want to see more new plugins and templates. I haven’t seen a lot since the launch of the latest versions of Concrete5. However, the good old integrations that I like are still available.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our clients don’t need to depend on problematic and difficult to use solutions anymore. Concrete5 offers simple solutions for clients to edit their sites, as easy as mere drag and drop tasks.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Concrete5 is an open-source CMS tool. So, many developers have already created great plugins that users can easily search and use on their own sites. Concrete5 also lets us do any necessary tweaks on our websites, whether with the use of programming codes or with plugins. This makes it easier for us to customize our sites.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We can’t make the most out of our Concrete5 account. This is because we have bought it from a service provider that handles C5 for us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Concrete5 has made it simpler for us to update our site. It is easier to gather responses from our online surveys and forms too. Concrete5 is scaling our websites even if we do not have enough web development skills and background.

Inserting blocks and on-page editing is super easy with C5. Our clients can pull those tasks off, regardless of them having no sufficient programming background.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some of the themes load sluggishly. We’ve also observed that the quality of the plugins has decreased.

We have been helping clients migrate from other options into Concrete5. Most of them don’t have sufficient skills and software to manage the content of a site. However, C5 allows them to easily maintain and update their sites without professional help.
